n Bernhard F. Geiger, 28, of South Setauket, was arrested at 7:01 p.m. Jan. 19 in Chatham and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Emilie A. Holst-Grubbe, 36, of Berlin, was arrested at 11:31 p.m. Jan. 19 in New Lebanon and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Carrielee E. Svida, 19, of Stuyvesant, was arrested at 2 p.m. Jan. 20 in Stuyvesant and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; second-degree harassment, a violation; and failing to keep right on a two lane road, an infraction. She was released on her own recognizance.

n Michael V. Hangac, 33, of Clermont, was arrested at 2:43 a.m. Jan. 21 in Clermont and charged with criminal mischief: reckless property damage of more than $250, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Jonnierose Stockton, 34, of Elizaville, was arrested at 8:03 p.m. Jan. 21 in Gallatin and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years and driving while intoxicated with alcohol or drugs with a second offense, both class E felonies. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Keisha Simmons, 41, of Valatie, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. Jan. 22 in Valatie and charged with second-degree criminal trespassing and criminal mischief with intent to damage property, both class A misdemeanors. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Bryan A. Graham, 20, of Greenport, was arrested at 2:10 p.m. Jan. 22 in Kinderhook and charged with second-degree rape, a class D felony; second-degree sexual abuse of a person under 14 years old and endangering the welfare of a child, both class A misdemeanors. Graham’s current arrestee status is unknown.

n Joseph V. Murphy, 38, of Stephentown, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. Jan. 22 in New Lebanon and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, an infraction. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n William Dachs, 23, of Elizaville, was arrested 2:15 a.m. Jan. 23 in Livingston and charged with two counts of petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Danielle L. Farwell, 30, of New Lebanon, was arrested at 8:22 p.m. Jan. 23 in New Lebanon and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; driving the left of pavement markings and crossing road hazard markings, both infractions. She was released to a third party.

n Erin Marshall, 38 of Albany, was arrested at 7:13 p.m. Jan. 20 in Greenport and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of. 08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; possession of a controlled substance in a non-original container, unsafe start and a muffler equipment violation, all violations. She was released on her own recognizance and had a court date set for Jan. 29 at 4 p.m.

n Christopher Gere, 25, of Catskill, was arrested at 10 p.m. Jan. 21 in Greenport and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He had a court date set for Feb. 19 at 4 p.m.

n Kenneth Calabrese, 30, of Catskill, was arrested at 10 p.m. Jan. 21 in Greenport and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and following too closely, an infraction. He had a court date set for Feb. 19 at 4 p.m.

n David Adriance Jr. 27, of Hollowville, was arrested at midnight Jan. 22 in Copake and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and had a court date set for Jan. 22 at 5 p.m.

n Briana Hawver, 27 of Copake, was arrested at midnight Jan. 22 in Copake and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance and had a court date set for Jan. 22 at 5 p.m.
