n Bruce M. Wallace, 29, of Philmont, was arrested at 4:44 p.m. Jan. 25 in Hudson and charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Richard J. Staats, 51, of Livingston, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. Jan. 25 in Livingston and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor; and two counts of third-degree menacing, a class B misdemeanor. He was held.

n Ivan D. Reid, 24, of the Bronx, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. Jan. 26 in Claverack and charged fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Travis M. Carr, 25, of New Lebanon, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. Jan. 27 in New Lebanon and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and moving unsafely from a lane, an infraction. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Phillip L. Tillou, 40, of Germantown, was arrested at 11:05 a.m. Jan. 27 in Clermont and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, an infraction. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Richard S. Bersaw, 52, of Stuyvesant, was arrested at 9:35 p.m. Jan. 27 in Chatham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher with a prior conviction and driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, both class E felonies. He was released to a third party.

n Kate-Lynn A. Ramirez, 24, of Hudson, was arrested at 11:59 p.m. Jan. 27 in Chatham and charged with charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; driving left of pavement markings and a speed violation of exceeding 55 mph, both infractions. She was released to a third party.

n Allyson N. Servider, 25, of Hudson, was arrested at 4:50 a.m. Jan. 28 in Kinderhook and charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, all class A misdemeanors; and second-degree harassment using physical contact, a violation. Servider’s current arrestee status is unknown.

n Charles A. Butcher, 58, of Hudson, was arrested at 2:40 p.m. Jan. 29 in Livingston and charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment using physical contact, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Treyvon M. Whittaker, 20, of Hudson, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Jan. 29 in Greenport and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property: possessing a credit card, a class E felony. He was held in lieu of bail bond.

n Gordon M. Russell, 25, of Clermont, was arrested at 10:52 p.m. Jan. 29 in Gallatin and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor. Russell’s current arrestee status is unknown.

n Mark Dauenheimer, 50, of Hudson, was arrested at 9:35 p.m. Jan. 31 in Claverack and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with alcohol or drugs, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was released to a third party.

n Gary P. Montana, 31, of Hudson, was arrested at 3:06 a.m. Feb. 1 in Livingston and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; refusal to take a breath test and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, both infractions. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Arthur P. Hasbrouck, 50, of Philmont, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 27 in Claverack and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He had a court date set for Feb. 15 at 5:30 p.m.

n Brett Koon, 32, of Albany, was arrested at 4:15 p.m. Jan. 29 in Greenport and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and had a court date set for Feb. 12.

n Sarah Hampton, 28, of Albany, was arrested at 4:15 p.m. Jan. 29 in Greenport and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She was released on his own recognizance and had a court date set for Feb. 12.
