n Andrew P. Robinson, 42, of Catskill, was arrested at 9:25 a.m. March 1 in Cairo and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance with a narcotic drug, both class B felonies. He was held in lieu of cash bail.

n Jennifer Garrett, 36, of North Dighton, Massachusetts, was arrested at 5:51 p.m. March 1 in Coeymans and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. She was held in lieu of bail bond.

n Elizabeth E. Gioja, 60, of Greenville, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. March 1 in Greenville and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; equipment violations of having substandard lights and having no head lights, failure to keep to the right on a two-lane road, driving left on a crest grade, driving left of pavement markings, moving unsafely from a lane, crossing road hazard markings, a speed violation of exceeding conditions and refusing to take a breath test, all infractions. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Darin M. Byrne, 53, of Palenville, was arrested at 9:38 p.m. March 2 in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no priors, an unclassified misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jason K. Jones, 26, of Athens, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. March 3 in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. Jones’ current arrestee status is unknown.

n Dennis W. Leonard, 43, of Ocean City, Maryland, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. March 3 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and refusing to take a breath test, an infraction. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n David J. Chairvolotti, 20, of Hensonville, was arrested at 8:13 p.m. March 3 in Windham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher with a prior conviction and driving while intoxicated with a prior conviction within 10 years, both class E felonies. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Bruce A. Petramale, 60, of Athens, was arrested at 8:28 p.m. March 3 in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Joseph N. Mirocco, 33, of Athens, was arrested at 10:48 p.m. March 3 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree criminal contempt by disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n John J, McNally, 34, of Delmar, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. March 4 in New Baltimore and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket.

n Maureen A. Revene-Racine, 40, of Claverack, was arrested at 4:34 a.m. March 4 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Teijah L. Stephens, 23, of Niagara Falls, was arrested at 7:45 a.m. March 4 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introduction of contraband into prison, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Sparkle S. Williams, 33, of Buffalo, was arrested at 2 p.m. March 4 in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree possession dangerous prison contraband, a class D felony; violating the state sanitary code and unlawful possession of marijuana, both violations. He was held.

n Stephanie C. Rivera, 34, of Buffalo, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. March 4 in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree possession dangerous prison contraband, a class D felony; and violating the state sanitary code, a violation. She was held.

n Anthony M. Beau, 41, of Athens, was arrested at 11:10 a.m. March 5 in Catskill and charged with three counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drugs with intent to sell and three counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance with narcotic drugs, both class B felonies. He was held.

n David L. Pecor, 37, of South Burlington, Vermont, was arrested at 1:56 p.m. March 5 in Catskill and charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, all class A misdemeanors; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Abdullah J. Jenkins, 26, of Catskill, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. March 6 in Coxsackie and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class D felonies; and unlawful possession of a marijuana, a violation. He was held.

n James E. Felter, 24, of Catskill, was arrested at 3:25 a.m. March 6 in Catskill and charged with four counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

n Jackaline M. Thompson, 26, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 3:25 a.m. March 6 in Catskill and charged with four counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was held.

n James D. Stapchuk, 33, of Catskill, was arrested at 8:44 p.m. March 6 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree criminal sale of marijuana, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n A 16-year-old boy, of Medusa, was arrested at 1 p.m. March 6 in Greenville and charged with second-degree criminal usage of drug paraphernalia with a package, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Thomas A Bender, 51, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 8:33 p.m. March 7 in Coxsackie and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses.

n David N. Moore, 35, of Catskill, was arrested at 11:49 p.m. Feb. 26 in Catskill and charged with second-degree assault with intent to cause serious injury, a class D felony. He was arraigned and remanded to the Greene County Jail.

n A 17-year-old boy, of Catskill, was arrested at 2 p.m. March 1 in Catskill and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for March 15 at 9:30 a.m.
