STATE POLICEn Mark E. Havens, 41, of South Glens Falls, was arrested at 7:42 p.m. March 8 in New Baltimore and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n An 18-year-old man, of Valatie, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. March 8 in Athens and charged with second-degree criminal contempt by disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.
n Gilber Delacruz, 42, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 8:06 a.m. March 9 in Coxsackie and charged with third-degree rape with a victim incapable of consent, a class E felony. He was held.
n Brian M. Palmer, 24, of Germantown, was arrested at 9:32 p.m. March 9 in Cairo and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Michael T. Sharkey, 55, of Cairo, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. March 9 in Cairo and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Natali A. Duncan, 20, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 12:51 p.m. March 10 in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree introduction of dangerous contraband into prison and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, both class D felonies. She was held.
n Sandra E. Torres, 45, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. March 10 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introduction of contraband into prison, second-degree criminal usage of drug paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was held.
n David Kornell, 55, of Haines Falls, was arrested at 12:56 a.m. March 11 in Tannersville and charged with operating a snowmobile while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor; and snowmobile operator refusing to take a breath test, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Georgios M. Merneris, 52, of Freeport, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. March 11 in Tannersville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and having either an inadequate or no plate lamp, an infraction. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n John Gent, 40, of Leeds, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. March 11 in Cairo and charged with third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief, both class A misdemeanors. He was held.
n Christopher Zucco, 38, of Cairo, was arrested at 7:52 p.m. March 11 in Cairo and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Jennifer L. Rochler, 39, of Norton Hill, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. March 11 in Coxsackie and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se with one prior offense, both class E felonies; failing to use a designated lane, driving on the shoulder or slopes, making an unsafe turn or failing to signal, failing to stop at a stop sign, refusing to take a breath test and unsafe backing of a vehicle, all infractions. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Nicholas Palermo, 38, of Palenville, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. March 11 in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, using another vehicle without an interlock device, both class A misdemeanors; unlawful possession of marijuana, and executing a bench warrant, state Law Category 9. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Eirena M. Drohan, 23, of Climax, was arrested at 1:06 a.m. March 12 in Coxsackie and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was released to a third party.
n Richard J. Thevenet, 30, of Albany, was arrested at 5:34 p.m. March 12 in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher with a prior offense, a class E felony; and driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Peter T. Backlund, 35, of Catskill, was arrested at 4:25 p.m. March 13 in Catskill and charged with seven counts of petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.
n Cassandra M. Dorpfeld, 24, of Cairo, was arrested at 5:58 p.m. March 13 in Greenville and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Keithshawn K. Dunbar, 29, of Schenectady, was arrested at 11:51 p.m. March 13 in New Baltimore and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a control substance: narcotic drug with intent to sell, criminal possession of a controlled substance with a narcotic drug, both class B felonies; and fourth-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug, a class C felony. He was held in lieu of $30,000 cash bail.
n Brian A. Jones, 30, of Albany, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. March 14 in Cairo and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Stephen D. Schwab, 24, of Greenville, was arrested at 3:10 p.m. March 14 in New Baltimore and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with a narcotic drug, a class D felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation with three or more suspensions, an unclassified misdemeanor; controlled substances in a non-original container, a violation; and a motor vehicle license violation of not having a license, an infraction. He was held.
CATSKILL POLICEn Scott F. Kocijanski, 49, of Athens, was arrested at 5:37 p.m. March 5 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He had a court date set for March 15 at 9:30 a.m.
