n Daniel J. Brown, 46, of New York, was arrested at 12:27 p.m. March 15 in Catskill and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors. He was held in lieu of bail bond.

n Andrew A. Gere, 27, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 9:51 p.m. March 15 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; and driving while ability impaired with alcohol, an infraction. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jeremy J. Coons, 27, of Cairo, was arrested at 9:56 p.m. March 15 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Anthony Wilson, 52, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 11 a.m. March 16 in Catskill and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a class D felony. He was released to a third party.

n Jody L. Haley, 48, of East Durham, was arrested at 9:14 p.m. March 16 in Greenville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher with a prior offense and driving while intoxicated with a prior conviction within 10 years, both class E felonies. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Brandyn R. Place, 32, of Athens, was arrested at 9:58 p.m. March 16 in Athens and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; controlled substances in a non-original container and unlawful possession of marijuana, both violations. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Marie V. Wolpert, 62, of Athens, was arrested at 10;55 p.m. March 16 in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Angel M. Miranda, 31, of Catskill, was arrested at 11:55 p.m. March 16 in Albany and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle with alcohol, a class E felony; and driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. He was held.

n A 17-year-old boy, of Catskill, was arrested at 1:32 a.m. March 17 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n William E. Casivant, 20, of Cairo, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. March 17 in Cairo and charged with third-degree stalking and second-degree aggravated harassment, both class A misdemeanors. Casivant’s arrestee status was not reported.

n Pedro Martinez, 46, of Catskill, was arrested at 8:38 a.m. March 17 in Catskill and charged with second-degree criminal contempt by disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

n Erin H. Fenyo, 27, of Athens, was arrested at 9:34 p.m. March 17 in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Janine O’Leary, 55, of Athens, was arrested at 12:08 a.m. March 18 in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Matthew C. Ortel, 31, of Millersville, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. March 18 in Hunter and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Ariel D. Bustamante, 41, of White Plains, was arrested at 2:20 a.m. March 18 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Pedro Martinez, 46, of Catskill, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. March 18 in Catskill and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of cash bail.

n Orrin P. Sharpe-Pearson, 37, of New York, was arrested at 11:35 a.m. March 18 in Hunter and charged with two counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Benedetto Disomma, 56, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. March 18 in Ulster and charged with third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Carmine J. Picone, 31, of Wappingers Falls, was arrested at 2:26 p.m. March 18 in Jewett and charged with first-degree criminal contempt of penal law 215.50 with a prior conviction, a class E felony. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Dennis L. Arthur, 47, of Lewis, was arrested at 8:23 p.m. March 18 in New Baltimore and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and two counts of unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Nathan Hartas, 35, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 10:05 p.m. March 19 in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Guiseppe Rodriguez, 28, of Gowanda, was arrested at 2 p.m. March 20 in Catskill and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a class D felony. He was held.

n Steven C. Hicks, 35, of Catskill, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. March 20 in Cairo and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor; and third-degree criminal trespassing of an enclosed property, a class B misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Dustin M. Byrne, 30, of Hudson, was arrested at 11:32 p.m. March 20 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher with a prior conviction, driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, both class E felonies; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; and a speed violation of speeding in a work zone, an infraction. He was held.

n Barkim J. Ashe, 27, of Catskill, was arrested at 8:27 p.m. March 21 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana with over 2 oz., a class A misdemeanor; first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired with drugs, driving while ability impaired with a combination of drugs and alcohol, both unclassified misdemeanors; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
