STATE POLICEn Jonas A. Brooks, 27, of Queensbury, was arrested at 2:27 p.m. March 22 in Athens and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class C felony. He was held in lieu of cash bail.
n Joseph J. DiCarmine, 55, of Cohoes, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. March 23 in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Willard E. Newsome, 38, of Henderson, North Carolina, was arrested at 9:46 p.m. March 23 in Catskill and charged with first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was held.
n Brandon L. Bridgham, 22, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 4:10 a.m. March 24 in New Baltimore and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. He was held.
n Michael Sharkey, 55, of Cairo, was arrested at 4:50 a.m. March 24 in Cairo and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of cash bail.
n Andrew H. Yonnetti, 25, of Hunter, was arrested at 2:43 p.m. March 24 in Hunter and charged with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher with a child in the vehicle, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Lindsay R. Dougherty, 34, of Albany, was arrested at 5:26 p.m. March 24 in New Baltimore and charged with first-degree criminal possession of marijuana with 10 pounds, a class C felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors; three counts of controlled substances in a nonoriginal container and unlawful possession of marijuana, both violations. She was held in lieu of $5,000 bail.
n Patrick J. McGoyne, 39, of West Coxsackie, was arrested at 9:29 p.m. March 24 in New Baltimore and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; a motor vehicle violation of operating an unregistered vehicle, a license plate violation of having an irregular plate display, a license restriction violation and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, all infractions. He was given an appearance ticket for later court date.
n Roland A. Stollsteimer, 50, of Manhasset, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. March 24 in Hunter and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. Stollsteimer’s arrestee status is unknown.
n Eugene R. Edwards, 41, of Catskill, was arrested at 2:05 a.m. March 25 in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. He was held.
n Geoffroy Massuelle, 29, of New York City, was arrested at 3:40 a.m. March 25 in Tannersville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was held.
n Ceilevans E. Evans, 20, of Rochester, was arrested at 9 a.m. March 25 in New Baltimore fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a class D felony; three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and violating the state sanitary code, a violation. She was held.
n Michael F. Singer, 33, of Rochester, was arrested at 9:15 a.m. March 25 in New Baltimore and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction, both class D felonies; first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle with 10 or more suspensions, a class E felony; three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and violating the state sanitary code, a violation. He was held.
n Angel Martinez, 23, of Germantown, was arrested at 11 a.m. March 26 in Catskill and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Jodie Fuller, 57, of Leeds, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. March 26 in Catskill and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. She was held in lieu of cash bail.
n Brooke A. McInerney, 19, of Athens, was arrested at 10:33 p.m. March 26 in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Lateef Z. Johnson, 37, of Albany, was arrested at 11:12 a.m. March 27 in Coxsackie and charged with false impersonation, a class B misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Emidio Sandoval, 28, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 11:37 a.m. March 27 in Catskill and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a class D felony. He was held.
n A 17-year-old boy, of White Plains, was arrested at 3:08 p.m. March 27 in Hunter and charged with third-degree possession of a forged instrument, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Marcus J. Roussos. 19, of Copake, was arrested at 4:23 p.m. March 27 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal usage of drug paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Hara E. Wilt, 46, of Tannersville, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. March 28 in Cairo and charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, a class D felony; and reckless driving, an unclassified misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance. Wilt subsequently was convicted of second-degree reckless endangerment, a class A misdemeanor, reckless driving, an unclassified misdemeanor, and a parking violation.
n Lawrence Rowe, 42, of Schenectady, was arrested at 11:20 p.m. March 28 in Coeymans and charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana over 16 oz., a class D felony; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was held.
CATSKILL POLICEn Melanie Parry-Sargant, 48, of Middlebury, Vermont, was arrested at 11:35 a.m. March 20 in Catskill and charged with being a fugitive from justice, a class E felony. She was remanded to the Greene County Jail to await extradition.
n Jeannane T. Rowell, 29, was arrested at 11:56 a.m. March 21 in Catskill and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She has a court date set for April 26 at 9:30 a.m. Rowell’s hometown is unknown.
n Joseph D. Young, 30, of Catskill, was arrested at 2:39 a.m. March 25 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He has a court date set for April 12 at 1 p.m.
n Michael A. Bell, 38, of Catskill, was arrested at 7:19 p.m. March 25 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for April 12 at 1 p.m.
n Dylan T. Rogers, 24, of Troy, was arrested at 7:46 p.m. March 25 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, both class A misdemeanors. He has a court date set for April 12 at 1 p.m.
