STATE POLICEn Matthew J. Schrull, 35, of Cairo, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. March 29 in Cairo and charged with three counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child, a class A misdemeanor. Schrull’s arrestee status is unknown.
n Alisha L. Cooper, 38, of Freehold, was arrested at 1:46 a.m. March 30 in Cairo and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and executing a bench warrant, NYS Law Category 9. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Raymond F. Saunders, 26, of Athens, was arrested at 5:28 p.m. March 30 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a class D felony. He was held.
n Phillip Miller, 67, of Athens, was arrested at 9:26 p.m. March 30 in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Erica A. Herpel, 34, of Cairo, was arrested at 10:02 p.m. March 30 in Durham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Michael J. Beers, 23, of Athens, was arrested at 11:07 p.m. March 30 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Matthew T. Quedens, 31, of Islip, was arrested at 1 a.m. March 31 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n James E. Dugan, 29, of Freehold, was arrested at 3 a.m. March 31 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Laura A. Duffy, 70, of Willow, was arrested at 10 a.m. April 2 in Tannersville and charged with 13 counts of violating agricultural and market laws, a class A misdemeanor. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Erica E. Broughan, 27, of Catskill, was arrested at 5:22 p.m. April 2 in Catskill and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class A misdemeanor. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Stephen D. Schwab, 24, of Greenville, was arrested at 5:43 p.m. April 2 in Greenville and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.
n McKenzie M. Coles, 30, of Troy, was arrested at 9:31 p.m. April 2 in Athens and charged with second-degree governmental administration, a class A misdemeanor; a license plate violation of having an irregular plate display, failing to attach a sticker to a motor vehicle and a speed violation of speeding in a work zone, all infractions. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Brittney L. Wood, 30, of Athens, was arrested at 10:18 p.m. April 2 in Athens and charged with tampering with physical evidence by concealing or destroying it, a class E felony; and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was held.
n David S. Hughes, 24, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 8:05 p.m. April 3 in Schenectady and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property with a credit card, a class E felony. He was held in lieu of $500 bail.
n Jacob J. Bremiller, 20, of Catskill, was arrested at 10 a.m. April 4 in Catskill and charged with second-degree assault, a class D felony; second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest, both class A misdemeanors. He was held.
n An 18-year-old man, of West Coxsackie, was arrested at 8:04 p.m. April 4 in Coxsackie and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana with more than 25 grams, a class B misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Jarred A. Goff, 28, of East Durham, was arrested at 12:55 a.m. April 5 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, both class A misdemeanors. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Veronica Peschieri-Walczak, 55, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 3:43 a.m. April 5 in Coeymans and charged with three counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with one or more ounces of cannabis, a class C felony; and three counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a class D felony. She was held in lieu of cash bail.

He was held in lieu of cash bail.
