STATE POLICEn Miguel Jiraud, 23, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 9:15 a.m. April 17 in Catskill and charged with three counts of possessing dangerous contraband in prison, a class D felony; and seventh-degree criminal control of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.
n Jared C. Gombert, 34, of Greenville, was arrested at 2:24 p.m. April 19 in Cairo and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Leonard P. Leonardo, 42, of Athens, was arrested at 3:42 p.m. April 19 in Athens and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Mark T. Dular, 58, of Catskill, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. April 19 in Athens and charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.
n Elizabeth Peralta, 38, of the Bronx, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. April 20 in Coeymans and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with hallucinogenic substances, a class B felony; fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with cocaine, a class D felony; nine counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana with over 25 grams, a class B misdemeanor; and having controlled substances in a non-original container, a violation. She was held.
n Anthony C. Politan, 40, of Catskill, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. April 21 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n David W. Lagas, 49, of Valatie, was arrested at 3:45 a.m. April 22 in Athens and charged with seventh-degree criminal control of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, both class A misdemeanors. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Jon D. Brenzel, 52, of Greenport, was arrested at 3:45 a.m. April 22 in Athens and charged with seventh-degree criminal control of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, both class A misdemeanors. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Stephanie Reyes, 32, of New York, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. April 22 in Coxsackie and charged with introducing contraband into prison, a class A misdemeanor; and violating the state sanitary code, a violation. She was released on her own recognizance.
n Jennifer Jones, 50, of Buffalo, was arrested at 11:20 a.m. April 22 in Coxsackie and charged with introducing contraband into prison, second-degree reckless endangerment, both class A misdemeanors; and violating the state sanitary code, a violation. She was released on her own recognizance.
n James S. Hartley, 34, of Ashland, was arrested at 11:20 April 23 in Windham and charged with second-degree strangulation, a class D felony, third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, both class A misdemeanors. He was held.
n A 18-year-old man, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. April 24 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree criminal contempt by disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.
n Edward J. Lier, 24, of Wallkill, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. April 24 in Catskill and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a class D felony. He was held.
n An 18-year-old woman, of Cairo, was arrested at 5:24 p.m. April 24 in Cairo and charged with third-degree burglary: illegal entry with intent to commit a crime inside, a class D felony. She was released on her own recognizance.
n Zachary Garb, 29, of Waldwick, New Jersey, was arrested at 7:45 p.m. April 24 in Cairo and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest, both class A misdemeanors; and third-degree criminal trespassing, a class B misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of bail bond.
n David I. Mayforth, 33, of Athens, was arrested at 9:53 p.m. April 24 in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Kent B. Fuller, 66, of Ravena, was arrested at 8:42 p.m. April 25 in Coxsackie and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. He was held.
n Claudio A. Dominguez-Tevez, 43, of North Bergen, New Jersey, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. April 24 in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated: driving a commercial vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated: a commercial vehicle, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and a speed violation of speeding in a work zone, an infraction. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Carlloyd C. Gowe, 42, of Utica, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. April 26 in Coeymans and charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana with over 16 oz., a class D felony. He was held.
CATSKILL POLICEn Jacob Mark Reese Jr., 20, of Catskill, was arrested at 7:31 p.m. April 20 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for May 2 at 2 p.m.
