STATE POLICE

n Salvatore Czajak, 26, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 9:15 a.m. March 20 in Catskill and charged with two counts of first-degree possession of dangerous contraband in prison, a class D felony. He was held.

n An 18-year-old woman, of Cairo, was arrested at 5:24 p.m. April 24 in Cairo and charged with third-degree burglary: illegal entry with intent to commit a crime inside, a class D felony. She was released on her own recognizance.

n Joseph DiPerna, 75, of Hannacroix, was arrested at 1 p.m. March 3 in New Baltimore and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor; and third-degree menacing, a class B misdemeanor. DiPerna’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Brian Q. Jenkins, 25, of Albany, was arrested at 3 p.m. March 3 in Athens and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; an equipment violation of having insufficient safety glass, a license plate violation of having an irregular plate display, a motor vehicle license violation of having no license and a speed violation of speeding in a work zone, all infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Michael Deyo, 22, of Surprise, was arrested at 5:16 p.m. May 3 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Darren H. Larose, 30, of Freehold, was arrested at 5:26 p.m. May 3 in Durham and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class A misdemeanor. Larose’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Sebastien L. Lavoie, 26, of Freehold, was arrested at midnight May 4 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Scott M. Truesdell, 46, of Gilboa, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. May 4 in Greenville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Denis P. Clark, 34, of Freehold, was arrested at 4 p.m. May 5 in Greenville and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

n Michelle P. Kearsing, 26, of Freehold, was arrested at 4 p.m. May 5 in Greenville and charged with two counts of assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, a class D felony; and endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor, She was held.

n Marcus M. Quintana, 22, of Beacon, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. May 5 in Cairo and charged with second-degree criminal nuisance: unlawful conduct, a class B misdemeanor. He was issues and appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Raphael Morillo, of Albany, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. May 5 in Cairo and charged with second-degree criminal nuisance: unlawful conduct and false impersonation, both class B felonies. He was issues and appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Lance Rasheed, 25, of Guilderland, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. May 5 in Cairo and charged with second-degree criminal nuisance: unlawful conduct, a class B misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Lawrence G. Smith, 58, of Windham, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. May 5 in Durham and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle with alcohol, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher with a prior offense, driving while intoxicated with a prior conviction within 10 years, all class E felonies; two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Justine S. Nelli, 43, of Catskill, was arrested at 10:41 p.m. May 6 in Catskill and charged with first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Kimberly G. Loucks, 35, of West Coxsackie, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. May 6 in Catskill and charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument, both class A misdemeanors; controlled substances in a nonoriginal container, a violation; and an equipment violation of having an inadequate exhaust system, an infraction. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jonathan Turner, 25, of Greenport, was arrested at 11 a.m. May 7 in Cairo and charged with first-degree forgery of a government instrument, a class C felony; fourth-degree grand larceny of a property valuing more than $1,000, first-degree scheming to defraud: elderly person and first-degree endangering the welfare of an incompetent person, all class E felonies. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Henry V. Sprague, 32, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. May 7 in Coxsackie and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Andrew A. Gere, 27, of Catskill, was arrested at 8:32 a.m. May 8 in Cairo and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, criminal obstruction of breathing by applying pressure, criminal mischief with intent to damage property, criminal mischief by recklessly damaging property of more than $250 and fourth-degree criminal mischief by preventing an emergency call, all class A misdemeanors. Gere’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Jacob D. Armstrong, 28, of Olivebridge, was arrested at 11:25 a.m. May 8 in Cairo and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment by making a threat by phone, a class A misdemeanor. Armstrong’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Jeffrey A. Barmen, 43, of Stockport, was arrested at 11:28 a.m. May 8 in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree criminal contempt of PL215.50(3) with a prior offense, a class E felony. He was held.

n Laura Carlsen, 19, of South Cairo, was arrested at 1:46 p.m. May 9 in Cairo and charged with third-degree burglary: illegal entry with intent to commit a crime inside, a class D felony; fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, petty larceny, third-degree identity theft: obtaining goods and third-degree unlawful possession of a personal ID, all class A misdemeanors. She was held.

n Jasmine Peppin, 20, of Selkirk, was arrested at 1 a.m. May 10 in New Baltimore and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Christopher J. Graubart, 26, of Schenectady, was arrested at 2:24 a.m. May 10 in Coeymans and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

CATSKILL POLICE

n Jessica H. Cross, 21, of Freehold, was arrested at 1:38 a.m. May 1 in Catskill and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance.

n Jessica D. Labance, 35, of Catskill, was arrested at 4 p.m. May 3 in Catskill and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a weapon, firearm or knife, both class A misdemeanors; and disorderly conduct by using obscene languages or gestures, a violation. Labance’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Charles J. Lafurno, 36, of Hunter, was arrested at 4:33 p.m. May 3 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He had a court date set for May 10 at 9:30 a.m.

n Warren Strout, 24, of Catskill, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. May 3 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for May 16 at 2 p.m.

n Michael Peterson, 47, of St. Johnsvile, was arrested at 1:52 p.m. May 4 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny of a property greater than $1,000, a class E felony. Peterson’s arrestee status is unknown.

n David McIntosh, 21, of West Athens, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. May 5 in Catskill and charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17 and forcible touching, both class A misdemeanors. He has a court date set for May 24 at 9:30 a.m.

n Patricia A. Walsh, 56, of Hudson, was arrested at 9:37 a.m. May 6 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for May 10 at 9:30 a.m.
