STATE POLICEn Robert E. Lambert, 29, of Haines Falls, was arrested at 8:02 p.m. May 17 in Cairo and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, forcible touching of a person’s intimate parts, second-degree criminal trespassing and criminal mischief with intent to damage property, all class A misdemeanors. He was held in lieu of bail bond.
n Mary E. Roberts, 46, of Athens, was arrested at 8:50 p.m. May 17 in Athens and charged with fifth-degree criminal sale of marijuana over 2 grams, a class B misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Victor J. Iamunno, 32, of Middleburgh, was arrested at 3:10 a.m. May 19 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, both class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Timothy M. Baldwin, 57, of Catskill, was arrested at 6:35 p.m. May 19 in Catskill and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class C felony; second-degree menacing, second-degree reckless endangerment, both class A misdemeanors; and trespassing, a violation. He was held.
n Kyle M. Bogucki, 19, of Germantown, was arrested at 4:33 p.m. May 20 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; and throwing deposited refuse on a highway, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Scott H. Cross, 34, of Freehold, was arrested at 3:30 a.m. May 21 in Greenville and charged with second-degree strangulation, a class D felony; third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, criminal mischief with intent to damage property, all class A misdemeanors; and third-degree menacing, a class B misdemeanor. He was held.
n Douglas D. Gottlieb, 26, of Greene, was arrested at 8:04 a.m. May 21 in Durham and charged with second-degree burglary of a dwelling, a class C felony; and fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.
n Lloyd Barth, 50, of Cairo, was arrested at 9:56 a.m. May 21 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a class D felony. Barth’s arrestee status is unknown.
n Richard J. Crianza, 31, of South Cairo, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. May 21 in Cairo and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drugs with intent to sell and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drugs, both class B felonies. He was released on his own recognizance.
n Erica L. Neumann, 26, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 3:55 p.m. May 21 in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, both class A misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Charles Winters, 36, of Saugerties, was arrested at 4:03 p.m. May 22 in Catskill and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony; operating a vehicle without insurance, an equipment violation of having a nontransparent windshield, a motor vehicle violation of operating an unregistered vehicle, a license plate violation of having improper plates, a motor vehicle license violation of having no license, all infractions. Winters’ arrestee status is unknown.
n David A. Muzoleski, 67, of Catskill, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. May 22 in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Warren D. Post, 50, of Hobart, was arrested at 10:47 p.m. May 22 in Coxsackie and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
CATSKILL POLICEn Sebastian Defeo-Semel, 33, of Elizaville, was arrested at 10:05 a.m. May 10 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Defeo-Semel had a court date set for May 10.
n Charles Lafurno, 56, of Hunter, was arrested at 11:53 a.m. May 10 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Lafurno had a court date set for May 10.
n Michael T. Kearney, 59, of Kingston, was arrested at 12:10 p.m. May 10 in Catskill and charged with circumvention of an interlock device, a class A misdemeanor. Kearney had a court date set for May 24.
n Michael J. Nugent, 32, of Wingdale, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. May 13 in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or higher, an unclassified misdemeanor. Nugent was arraigned and held.
n Jorge J. Craver, 37, of Hudson, was arrested at 9:22 a.m. May 15 in Catskill and charged with disobeying a court mandate, a class A misdemeanor. Craver was arraigned.
n Helen Cano, 35, of Saugerties, was arrested at 7:02 p.m. May 15 in Catskill and charged with resisting arrest and endangering the welfare of a child, both class A misdemeanors. Cano was arraigned and held in lieu of $500 cash and $1,500 bond.
n Francis B. Moulton, 36, of Saugerties, was arrested at 9:02 p.m. May 15 in Catskill and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. Moulton had a court date set for May 24.
n Casey Jo Naccarato, 37, of Catskill, was arrested at 6:47 p.m. May 16 in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and refusing to take a breath test, an infraction. Naccarato was arraigned and released on her own recognizance.
n Barbara C. Sells, 47, of Santa Barbara, California, was arrested at 7:10 p.m. May 16 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Sells was released on her own recognizance.
n Gregory S. Dunckle Jr., 26, of Catskill, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. May 17 in Catskill and charged with first-degree sexual abuse, a class D felony; forcible touching of another person’s intimate parts and endangering the welfare of a child, both class A misdemeanors. Dunckle was arraigned and held in lieu of $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond.
n Dakota M. Marsilio, 18, of Catskill, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. May 20 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny. Marsilio has a court date set for June 6.
