n A 17-year-old boy, of Cairo, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. May 24 in Cairo and charged with third-degree menacing, a class B misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment with physical contact, a violation. His arrestee status is unknown.

n Christine M. Baptiste, 29, of Hudson, was arrested at 9:24 p.m. May 24 in Catskill and charged with two counts of second-degree criminal mischief, a class D felony; second-degree governmental administration, resisting arrest, endangering the welfare of a child, all class A misdemeanors; trespassing and disorderly conduct, both violations. She was held.

n Sean P. Maben, 23, of Jewett, was arrested at 11:05 p.m. May 24 in Albany and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; and driving while ability impaired with alcohol, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n A 18-year-old man, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 5:05 p.m. May 25 in Coxsackie and charged with third-degree assault, two counts of second-degree criminal contempt by disobeying a court order, both class A misdemeanors; and fourth-degree stalking, a class B misdemeanor. He was held.

n Francis J. Keenan, 92, of Durham, was arrested at 10:41 p.m. May 25 in Greenville and charged with first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor; and failing to use a designated lane, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Tyler J. Cashman, 33, of Durham, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. May 26 in Durham and charged with aggravated family offense, a class E felony; assault: recklessly causing physical injury and endangering the welfare of a child, both class A misdemeanors. Cashman’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Jessica E. Proper, 24, of Lanesville, was arrested at 2:05 a.m. May 26 in Hunter and charged with charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Brittney K. Ether, 29, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 4:01 a.m. May 26 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Corinna Hawver, 21, of Athens, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. May 26 in Athens and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance.

n Tyler A. Higgins, 20, of Ravena, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. May 26 in New Baltimore and charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use and second-degree menacing with a weapon, both class A misdemeanors. Higgins’ arrestee status is unknown.

n Scott L. Proper, 36, of Palenville, was arrested at 8:22 p.m. May 26 in Catskill and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle, a class E felony; and first-time offense, fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor; and driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. He was held in lieu of bail bond.

n Jeffrey E. Albright, 45, of Hannacroix, was arrested at 8:34 p.m. May 26 in Coxsackie and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Michal Mystkowski, 30, of Howard Beach, was arrested at 12:42 a.m. May 27 in Coxsackie and charged with charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Kevin Ortiz, 39, of Hartford, Connecticut, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. May 27 in Coxsackie and charged with charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Justyne Patterson, 20, of Earlton, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. May 27 in Bethlehem and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was released on his own recognizance.

Myrtle, 44, of Ravena, was arrested at 3:10 a.m. May 27 in Bethlehem and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher with a previous conviction and driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, both class E felonies. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Jutrezenka, 39, of Hunter, was arrested at 4:09 p.m. May 27 in Hunter and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument, both class A misdemeanors; and failing to respond to an appearance ticket, a violation. He was held.

n Robert C. Davenport, 36, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. May 27 in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Kahleik S. Dickson, 25, of Catskill, was arrested at 10:55 p.m. May 27 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana over 2 oz., a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Zukowsky, 31, of Stamford, Connecticut, was arrested at 2:09 a.m. May 28 in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Ryan C. Trammel, 42, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 2:50 p.m. May 28 in Windham and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor; and first-time offense. Trammel’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Jerome E. Brantley, 30, of Catskill, was arrested at 10:58 p.m. May 28 in Catskill and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle, a class E felony and first-time offense; three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree obstructing governmental administration resisting arrest, both class A misdemeanors; and driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. He was held.

n Martin T. Miller, 25, of Athens, was arrested at 2:35 p.m. May 29 in Cairo and charged with second-degree menacing with a weapon, criminal mischief with intent to damage property and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use, all class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n A 17-year-old boy, of South Cairo, was arrested at 4:46 p.m. May 29 in Cairo and charged with second-degree identity theft: obtaining goods, a class E felony; petty larceny and third-degree unlawful possession of a personal ID, both class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Christy M. Canelli, 30, of Catskill, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. May 30 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Paul Deamer, 20, of Athens, was arrested at 4:37 a.m. May 31 in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jamie L. Collins, 22, of Hudson, was arrested at 8:43 a.m. May 21 in Catskill and charged with second-degree criminal impersonation of another person, a class A misdemeanor. Collins was held in lieu of $250 bail or $2,500 bond.

n Amanda L. Parise, 33, of Catskill, was arrested at 8:53 p.m. May 22 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Parise has a court date set for June 6 at 2 p.m.

n Mark J. Wanchik Sr., 49, of Catskill, was arrested at 9 a.m. May 23 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property with a credit card, a class E felony. Wanchik has a court date set for June 7 at 9:30 a.m.

n Liza Concepcion, 55, of Saugerties, was arrested at 1:05 p.m. May 23 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property with a credit card, a class E felony. Concepcion has a court date set for June 7 at 9:30 a.m.

n Erik J. McGovern, 36, of Catskill, was arrested at 6:42 a.m. May 25 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. McGovern has a court date set for June 7 at 9:30 a.m.

n Thomas M. Ayers, 54, of Catskill, was arrested at 7:06 p.m. May 25 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Ayers has a court date set for June 7 at 9:30 a.m.
