n David Paige, 51, of New Baltimore, was arrested June 9 and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor; and aggravated driving while intoxicated .18 or higher blood alcohol content, a class E felony.

n Michael Paes, 44, of Gilboa, was arrested June 17 and charged with second-degree assault, a class D felony. He was released on his own recognizance with a later court date.

n Steven Slater, 41, of Roxbury, was arrested June 18 and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor; and driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent, a class E felony. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Anthony C. Pace, 28, of West Islip, was arrested between June 7 and 10 and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Daniel Mair, 49, of Illinois, was arrested between June 14 and 17 and charged with third-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class E felony; and seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. His arrestee status is unknown.

n Anthony J. Morris, 26, was arrested between June 14 and 17 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. His arrestee status is unknown.

n Wesley Calkins, 24, of New Jersey, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class C felony. He was scheduled to return to court June 20.

n Walker Miller, 24, of Connecticut, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Charles Lyle, 47, of New Hampshire, was arrested between June 14 and 17 and charged with criminal possession of a firearm, a class E felony; and criminal possession of a weapon. He was released on his own recognizance with a date to return to court.

n Edward Salim, 39, of West Lake, Ohio, was arrested between June 14 and 17 and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A felony; second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class D felony; and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

n Leaa Kones, 28, was arrested between June 14 and 17 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Her arrestee status is unknown.

n Melissa Lydecker, 26, of New Jersey, was arrested between June 14 and 17 and charged with resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment, a violation. She was held.

n Heather L. Bloch, 25, of Connecticut, was arrested between June 14 and 17 and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Bloch was held.

n Gina Kane, 27, of Lagrangeville, was arrested between June 14 and 17 and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class C felony; and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was held.

n Jeffery A. McKee, 60, of Dansville, was arrested between June 14 and 17 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance and will return to court at a later date.

n Matthew. C. Welch, 30, of Champlain, was arrested between June 14 and 17 and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class C felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance with a return court date.

n Ted Desmarak, 37, was arrested between June 14 and 17 and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class C felony; and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony. He was held.

n Jonathan Garbus, 38, of Orlando, was arrested between June 14 and 17 and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was held.

n Erin Naylor, 32, was arrested between June 14 and 17 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Craig Biccum, 24, of Orange County, was arrested between June 14 and 17 and charged with two counts of second-degree criminal trespassing and resisting arrest, both class A misdemeanors. He was held.

n Robert Biccum, 58, of Orange County, was arrested between June 14 and 17 and charged with two counts of second-degree criminal trespassing, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

n Melissa McClellan, 35, of Rensselaerville, was arrested at 6 p.m. June 14 in Hunter and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a hallucinogenic controlled substance, a class B felony; and fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, 25 grams, a class B misdemeanor. She was held.

n Savannah Walker, 29, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 7:32 p.m. June 14 and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a hallucinogenic controlled substance, a class C felony; and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was held.

n Robert A. Gill, 48, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 8:40 a.m. June 14 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony. Gill’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Jason W. Kabat, 46, of Ansonia, Connecticut, was arrested at 7:06 p.m. June 14 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Francisco Dejesus, 34, of Catskill, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. June 14 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent, a class E felony; and driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction in 10 years, a class E felony. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jessie J. Larkin, 36, of Fineview, was arrested at 4:41 p.m. June 15 and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of LSD, a class C felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class D felony; and fourth-degree criminal sale of concentrated marijuana, a class C felony. Larkin’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Richard Guagliardo, 66, of Catskill, was arrested at 7:03 p.m. June 15 and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor; and failure to use designated lane, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Hunter W. Senecal, 22, of Locke, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. June 15 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; fourth-degree criminal possession of LSD, a class C felony; two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a hallucinogenic controlled substance, a class C felony; and two counts of fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class D felony; third-degree criminal sale of a hallucinogenic controlled substance, a class B felony; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. n Francisco Dejesus, 34, of Catskill, was arrested at 11:09 p.m. June 15 and charged with second-degree obstruction of government administration, a class A misdemeanor; and obstructing traffic, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Shaun E. Roach, 27, of Freehold, was arrested at 11:09 p.m. June 15 and charged with second-degree obstruction of government administration, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

n Tara M. Nelsen, 47, of Freehold, was arrested at 12:17 p.m. June 16 and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor; and third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Roeder, 27, of Lake Worth, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. June 16 and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a hallucinogenic controlled substance, a class B felony; second-degree criminal sale of a hallucinogenic substance, 5 grams, a class A felony; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Natalie B. Matz, 50, of Windham, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. June 16 and charged with second-degree obstruction of government administration, a class A misdemeanor; resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor; failing to use designated lane, a violation; driving while intoxicated, a first-time offense, an unclassified misdemeanor; and refusal to take a breath test, an infraction. Matz’ arrestee status is unknown.

n Luis Foster, 28, of Earlton, was arrested at 8:58 p.m. June 20 and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a class E felony; and aggravated family offense, a class E felony. He was held.

n Timothy J. Martin, 55, of Catskill, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. June 11 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for June 27 at 2 p.m.

n Tariesha Memminger, 20, of Catskill, was arrested at 2:50 p.m. June 12 in Catskill and charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class D felony; first-degree criminal possession of narcotics, a class A felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. She was held without bail.

n Megan Jostlin, 34, of Hillsdale, was arrested at 7:49 p.m. June 17 in Catskill and charged with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for July 19 at 9:30 a.m.
