State policen Amy Comerford, 31, of Durham, was arrested at 1:40 p.m. June 28 in Greenville and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Steven C. Hicks, 35, of Catskill, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. June 28 in Athens and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Devonte Philbert, 23, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 7 p.m. June 28 in New Baltimore and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing by applying pressure and fourth-degree criminal mischief, both class A misdemeanors. He was held.
n Elizabeth Denarie, 30, of Tannersville, was arrested at 7:37 p.m. June 28 in Ulster and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; driving while using a mobile phone and failing to yield the right of way for an emergency vehicle, both infractions. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Christopher Formosa, 33, of Cementon, was arrested at 7:49 p.m. June 28 in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession, a class A misdemeanor. He was appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Nicole M. Meier, 36, of Cairo, was arrested at 1:05 a.m. June 29 in Cairo and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment with physical contact, a violation. She was released on her own recognizance.
n Daniel M. Muro, 55, of Hunter, was arrested at 1:03 p.m. June 29 in Hunter and charged with second-degree assault, a class D felony. He was released on his own recognizance.
n Breanna N. Smith, 28, of Hudson, was arrested at 8:38 p.m. June 29 in Athens and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument and second-degree criminal usage of drug paraphernalia with a package, all class A misdemeanors. She was held.
n Drew Hulbert, 24, of Hudson, was arrested at 8:38 p.m. June 29 in Athens and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony, possession of a hypodermic instrument, a class A misdemeanor, and first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was held.
n Marissa A. Slater, 28, of Cairo, was arrested at 11:16 p.m. June 30 in Durham and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child, a class E felony and first-time offense, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor, and driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. She was held.
n Steven R. Talaniec, 29, of Saugerties, was arrested at 2:06 a.m. July 1 in Catskill and charged with of Hudson, was arrested at 8:38 p.m. June 29 in Athens and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument; an ATV violation for operating intoxicated and an ATV equipment violation for not wearing a helmet or having an illegal one, both infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Kody M. Davis, 23, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 7:53 p.m. July 1 in Coxsackie and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal mischief of a property over $250, a class E felony, second-degree criminal trespassing, criminal mischief with intent to damage property, both class A misdemeanors; and second-degree harassment using physical contact, a violation. Davis’ arrestee status is unknown.
n Jayden A. Hernandez, 29, of Clifton Park, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. July 1 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Buel, 28, of East Durham, was arrested at 1:14 a.m. July 2 in Lexington and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Randy J. Ostrander, 33, of Ravena, was arrested at 6:17 p.m. July 2 in Coxsackie and charged with issuing a bad check, a class B misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

Homeyer, 60, of Leeds, was arrested at 10:50 p.m. July 2 in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Snyder, 36, of Saugerties, was arrested at 1:52 a.m. July 4 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Lambert, 29, of Catskill, was arrested at 11:03 a.m. July 4 in Cairo and charged with aggravated criminal contempt by violating an order of protection, a class D felony, aggravated family offense, a class E felony, third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury and fourth-degree criminal mischief by preventing an emergency call, both class A misdemeanors. He was held.

Weiss, 62, of Medusa, was arrested at 11 p.m. July 4 in Greenville and charged with two counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child, a class E felony and first-time offense, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Ebo K. Boone, 29, of Glenville, was arrested at 3:19 a.m. July 5 in Ravena and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a class E felony and first-time offense, acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, a class A misdemeanor, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and a speed violation of speeding in a work zone, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
GREENE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICEn Christopher M. Gates, 23, of Cairo, was arrested June 28 in Durham and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, driving an uninspected motor vehicle and driving an unregistered motor vehicle, all violations. He has a court date set for July 23.
n Brian Bray, 32, of Coeymans, was arrested June 29 in Coxsackie and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny of a credit card, a class E felony. He was held in lieu of $2,500 bail or $5,000 bond. He had a court date set for July 3.
n Heather Paris, 25, of Durham, was arrested July 3 in Greenville and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, and failing to use a designated lane, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
CATSKILL POLICEn Katie Rodriquez, 21, of Catskill, was arrested at 10:49 p.m. June 25 in Catskill and charged with failing to appear in court, NYS law category 9. She was released on her own recognizance.
n Timothy J. Martin, 55, of Catskill, was arrested at 8:34 p.m. June 27 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for July 19 at 9:30 a.m.
n Ahmad Raja Rabi, 22, of Bayside, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. June 30 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors. He was held in lieu of $200 bail or $2,500 bond.
n Patrick M. Ray, 47, of Catskill, was arrested at 7:01 p.m. July 1 in Catskill and charged with third-degree criminal mischief: damaging another person’s property exceeding $250, a class E felony, petty larceny, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, both class A misdemeanors; and second-degree harassment by using physical contact, a violation. He was held in lieu of $500 bail or $2,500 bond.
