STATE POLICEn Crystal L. Addabbo, 35, of Athens, was arrested at 10:33 p.m. July 11 in Athens and charged with second-degree criminal contempt by disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Aaron C. Libruk, 27, of Freeville, was arrested at 11:04 a.m. July 12 in Athens and charged with second-degree criminal contempt by disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance.
n Desiree D. McCaster, 34, of Catskill, was arrested at 6:07 p.m. July 12 in Catskill and charged with two counts of third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. She was held in lieu of bail bond.
n Joseph H. DeVito, 35, of New Baltimore, was arrested at 12:34 a.m. July 13 in Coxsackie and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Jane D. Ehrlich, 73, of Hudson, was arrested at 11:08 p.m. July 13 in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date
n Michael P. Hogan, 63, of Maywood, New Jersey, was arrested at 3:37 a.m. July 14 in Durham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and a speed violation of speeding in a work zone, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Jason D. Brundige, 44, of Schenectady, was arrested at 6:18 a.m. July 14 in New Baltimore and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs with a prior conviction within 10 years, a class E felony. He was held.
n Daniel J. Williams, 38, of Catskill, was arrested at 3:19 a.m. July 15 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent with a prior offense, driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, all class E felonies; and circumvention of an interlock device: operating without an interlock device, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.
n Devon T. Disorda, 22, of Feura Bush, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. July 15 in New Baltimore and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. He was held.
n Emmanuel Zeno, 21, of Pine Plains, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. July 16 in Catskill and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Michael J. Osborn-Glennon, 26, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. July 16 in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Todd O. Melanson, 49, of Sloansville, was arrested at 9:39 p.m. July 16 in Catskill and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle with alcohol, a class E felony; driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Melanson’s arrestee status is unknown.
n Jason D. Fisk, 44, of Athens, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. July 16 in Coxsackie and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, a class E felony. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Donnie Winters, 42, of Saugerties, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. July 17 in Cairo and charged with torturing, injuring or not feeding an animal, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Victoria Brundage, 21, of Leeds, was arrested at 5:55 p.m. July 17 in Cairo and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor. Brundage’s arrestee status is unknown.
n James Conarpe, 46, of Greenville, was arrested at 5:57 p.m. July 18 in Greenville and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.
n Florence E. Bergmann, 62, of North Billerica, Massachusetts, was arrested at 10:16 p.m. July 18 in Durham and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: hallucinogenics with intent to sell, a class B felony; fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with 1 oz. or more of cannabis, a class C felony; two counts of second-degree criminal possession of marijuana with over 16 oz., a class D felony; fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana with over 2 oz., four counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors; and five counts of unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was held.
n Michael S. Garner, 29, of the Bronx, was arrested at 3:40 a.m. July 19 in New Baltimore and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana with over 25 grams, a class B misdemeanor; and a motor vehicle violation of failing to notify about an address change, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
CATSKILL POLICEn Jeffrey M. Beck, 38, of Cementon, was arrested at 12:42 a.m. July 10 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. He had a court date set for July 25 at 1 p.m.
n Malcolm Dixon, 19, of Catskill, was arrested at 1:02 p.m. July 10 in Catskill and charged with third-degree identity theft: assuming another person’s identity, petty larceny and third-degree unlawful possession of a personal ID, all class A misdemeanors. He had a court date set for July 25 at 1 p.m.
n A 16-year-old was arrested at 4:27 p.m. July 10 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny of a credit card, a class E felony. The teenager has a court date set for Aug. 2 at 9 a.m.
n Christopher Pormosa, 33, of East Durham, was arrested at 7:42 p.m. July 10 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor; and obstructing traffic at an intersection, an infraction. He was held in lieu of $1,500 bail or $3,000 bond.
n A 16-year-old, of Saugerties, was arrested at 2:26 a.m. July 11 in Catskill and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor. The teenager had a court date set for July 25 at 1 p.m.
n A 17-year-old, of Saugerties, was arrested at 2:37 a.m. July 11 in Catskill and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor. The teenager had a court date set for July 25 at 1 p.m.
n A 16-year-old, of Saugerties, was arrested at 4:57 a.m. July 11 in Catskill and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. The teenager had a court date set for July 25 at 1 p.m.
n Patrick M. Ray, 47, of Catskill, was arrested at 11:34 p.m. July 11 in Catskill and charged with second-degree criminal contempt: intentional disobedience to the lawful process or other mandate of a court except in cases involving labor disputes as defined by judiciary law 753A-2, a class A misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of $5,000 bail.
n Shelby R. Deweever, 25, of Catskill, was arrested at 10:32 p.m. July 13 in Catskill and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, resisting arrest, both class A misdemeanors; and disorderly conduct by using obscene language and gestures, a violation. She was held in lieu of $250 bail or $2,500 bond.
GREENE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICEn Steven D. Bennett, 42, of Catskill, was arrested July 13 in Catskill and charged with circumvention of an interlock device: operating without an interlock device, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Kristi Azadian, 30, of Tannersville, was arrested July 13 in Tannersville and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Mairead Cooney, 36, of Camillus, was arrested July 14 in Catskill and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; unlawful possession of marijuana and following too close, both violations. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n William C. Warner II, 25, of Troy, was arrested July 14 in Athens and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; and failing to dim headlights, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Evan Snyder, 20, of Freehold, was arrested July 16 in Cairo and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony; and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance.
