n Alexander Mazariego, 22, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 7 a.m. July 26 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drugs of 4 oz. or more, a class A felony; third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drugs with intent to sell, a class B felony; and second-degree criminal usage of drug paraphernalia with scales, a class A misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of cash bail.

n Derek A. Butterworth, 29, of Cornwall, was arrested at 9:05 p.m. July 26 in Durham and charged with first-degree criminal contempt: following, a class E felony; and fourth-degree stalking: causing fear, a class B misdemeanor. He was held.

n Kody M. Davis, 24, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 8:27 p.m. July 27 in Coxsackie and charged with third-degree falsely filing an incident report, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Justin M. Arp, 26, of Westerlo, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. July 28 in Greenville and charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property with the value of the property exceeding $1,000, a class D felony; operating a vehicle without insurance, having a switched trailer plate and operating a trailer without a registration plate, all infractions. He was held.

n Sabrina R. Royea, 29, of St. Albans, Vermont, was arrested at 3:51 a.m. July 28 in Catskill and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Robert W. Ellett, 36, of Catskill, was arrested at 6 p.m. July 28 in Catskill and charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, both class A misdemeanors; and disorderly conduct, a violation. He was held.

n Valkiem L. Vinot-Lacoste, 32, of Hudson, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. July 28 in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Michael Schirripa, 43, of Acra, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. July 29 in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jamal Lewis, 43, of Albany, was arrested at 2:56 a.m. July 29 in Coeymans and charged with first-degree criminal possession of marijuana with 10 pounds, a class C felony. He was held.

n Conor T. Moan, 21, of Greenville, was arrested at 4:10 a.m. July 29 in Greenville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and moving unsafely from a lane, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Yolanda Rodriguez, 27, of New York, was arrested at 12:50 p.m. July 29 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introduction of contraband into prison, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Christopher E. See, 34, of Purling, was arrested at 2:43 p.m. July 29 in Cairo and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Amanda A. Abou-Eid, 33, of Earlton, was arrested at 6:13 p.m. July 29 in Coxsackie and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. Abou-Eid’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Jermaine Cammock, 20, of Springfield Gardens, was arrested at 11:53 a.m. July 30 in Ravena and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jami S. Saunders, 31, of Tannersville, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. July 30 in New Baltimore and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Renee M. Wendel, 31, of Orlando, Florida, was arrested at 1:52 a.m. July 31 in Greenville and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the car, a class E felony and first-time offense; two counts of acting in a manner injurious, a class A misdemeanor; and driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Lorraine Duncan, 55, of Fair Lawn, New Jersey, was arrested at 11:02 a.m. July 31 in Cairo and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Shawn Beers, 44, of Catskill, was arrested at 2:42 p.m. July 31 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent, driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated: driving a commercial motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher, all unclassified misdemeanors and first-degree offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Francisco DeJesus, 34, of Catskill, was arrested at 2:48 p.m. July 31 in Catskill and charged with second-degree criminal trespassing, third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child, all class A misdemeanors. DeJesus’ arrestee status is unknown.

n Nicholas A. Delacruz, 28, of Preston Hollow, was arrested at 5:26 p.m. July 31 in Greenville and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

n Angela M. DeVito, 20, of Catskill, was arrested at 5:48 p.m. July 31 in Catskill and charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jessica L. Schnauber, 29, of Catskill, was arrested at 4:38 a.m. Aug. 1 in Catskill and charged with second-degree burglary of a dwelling, a class C felony. Schnauber’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Dashan L. Lyons, 27, of Catskill, was arrested at 4:43 a.m. Aug. 1 in Catskill and charged with second-degree burglary of a dwelling, a class C felony. Lyons’ arrestee status is unknown.

n Irene L. Spence, 39, of Catskill, was arrested at 4:43 p.m. July 23 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She had a court date set for Aug. 2 at 1 p.m.

n Corey A. Drahushuk, 30, of Catskill, was arrested at 4:41 p.m. July 27 in Catskill and charged with third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony. He had a court date set for Aug. 2 at 9:30 a.m.

n Brandy L. Mann, 37, of Catskill, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. July 27 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She has a court date set for Aug. 8 at 2 p.m.

n Nicholas A. Salinas, 23, of Catskill, was arrested at 11:42 p.m. July 28 in Catskill and charged with charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He had a court date set for Aug. 2 at 1 p.m.
