STATE POLICE

• Matthew P. Zarboa, 52, of East Islip, was arrested at 6:10 p.m. Aug. 29 in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both class E felonies; operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08%, an unclassified misdemeanor; and driving with broken glass, an infraction. He was released on his own recognizance.
• Leonardo J. Genova, 21, of Yonkers, was arrested at 4:18 a.m. Aug. 30 in Windham and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony, and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket.
• Jason T. Amoriello, 20, of Hensonville, was arrested at 3:20 a.m. Aug. 30 in Windham and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.
• Leonardo J. Genova, 21, of Yonkers, was arrested at 4:18 a.m. Aug. 30 in Windham and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.
• Kurt Cangelosi, 36, of East Durham, was arrested at 1:42 a.m. Aug. 30 in Hudson and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket.
• Felicia M. Cangelosi, 28, of East Durham, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. Aug. 30 in Hudson and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.
