n Kevin J. Cook, 52, of Catskill, was arrested at 3 p.m. Jan. 23 in Athens and charged with 270 counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child and 238 counts of possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child, both class E felonies. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Noah O. Casivant, 20, of Hudson, was arrested at 2:54 p.m. Jan. 23 in Cairo and charged with first-degree assault, a class B felony, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n William E. Casivant, 22, of Hudson, was arrested at 2:54 p.m. Jan. 23 in Cairo and charged with first-degree assault, a class B felony, and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Eduardo Durante-Mazaiego, 37, of Catskill, was arrested at 1:48 p.m. Jan. 24 in Catskill and charged with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child, both class A misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance.

n John A. Kelemen, 39, of Highland Mills, was arrested at 2:02 a.m. Jan. 26 in Windham and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and fifth-degree criminal possession of cocaine, a class D felony. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Catelynn L. Cline, 20, of Cairo, was arrested at 2:27 a.m. Jan. 28 in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI, both unclassified misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Hannah M. Peters, 29, of Pine Plains, was arrested at 6:36 p.m. Jan. 27 in Coxsackie and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI, both unclassified misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Matthew J. English, 52, of Douglaston, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. Jan. 27 in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.
