STATE POLICE

n Carlos A. Graham, 30, of Catskill, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. Feb. 15 in Catskill and charged with murder with intent to cause the death of another person, a class A felony. He was held.

n George Higgins, 53, of Catskill, was arrested at 9 p.m. Feb. 15 in Catskill and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony; and first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was held.

n Tiana M. Wagar, 26. of Catskill, was arrested at 9:50 p.m. Feb. 15 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and an equipment violation of having an inadequate muffler, an infraction. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Cameron A. Jameson, 41, of Hunter, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. Feb. 16 in Hunter and charged with second-degree harassment, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jennifer L. Halstrom, 28, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 10:32 p.m. Feb. 16 in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n John J. Engler, 42, of Greenville, was arrested at 10:35 p.m. Feb. 16 in Greenville and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and controlled substances in a non-original container, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Anton A. Vasquez, 34, of New York, was arrested at 12:38 a.m. Feb. 17 in Jewett and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Lori S. Max, 58, of New York, was arrested at 2:41 a.m. Feb. 17 in Hunter and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Eric P. Fischer, 21, of Jefferson Heights, was arrested at 5 p.m. Feb. 17 in Catskill and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Diego M. Fernandez, 20, of New York, was arrested at 4:20 a.m. Feb. 18 in Athens and charged with first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Fernandez’s current arrestee status is unknown.

n Holly Clapper, 55, of Athens, was arrested at 11 a.m. Feb. 18 in Athens and charged with first-degree identity theft: causing loss, a class D felony; and fourth-degree grand larceny of a credit card, a class E felony. She was held.

n James R. Lutjen, 50, of Athens, was arrested at 11 a.m. Feb. 18 in Athens and charged with second-degree impersonation of another person, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

n Meghan C. Valk, 32, of Athens, was arrested at 9:42 p.m. Feb. 18 in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no priors, an unclassified misdemeanor. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Michael P. Reilly, 51, of Greenville, was arrested at 10:47 p.m. Feb. 18 in Greenville and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, criminal mischief with intent to damage property and fourth-degree criminal mischief by preventing an emergency call, all class A misdemeanors. He was held in lieu of cash bail.

n Aton-Re Abdulkhabir, 32, of Hensonville, was arrested at 2:17 a.m. Feb. 19 in Windham and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing by applying pressure, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Amber Dutton, 25, of Freehold, was arrested at 6:13 a.m. Feb. 19 in Greenville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Maurice L. Golston, 44, of Albany, was arrested at 3:41 a.m. Feb. 20 in Coeymans and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with a stimulant, a class B felony; and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

n Anthony M. Beau, 41, of Athens, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. Feb. 21 in Plattsburgh and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with a narcotic drug, a class B felony. He was held.

n Brendan Crotty, 28, of Cairo, was arrested at 3:53 p.m. Feb. 21 in Greenport and charged with second-degree criminal impersonation of another person, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

n Brendan Crotty, 28, of Cairo, was arrested at 4:13 p.m. Feb. 21 in Hudson and charged with second-degree assault, a class D felony. He was held.

n Brittany H. Hevessy, 28, of Cairo, was arrested at 4:13 p.m. Feb. 21 and charged with second-degree assault, a class D felony; second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest, both class A misdemeanors. She was held.

n Timothy Russ, 46, of Freehold, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. Feb. 21 in Greenville and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor; and third-degree sexual abuse, a class B felony. He was held in lieu of cash bail.
