n Shaun P. McKerrow, 36, of Newport, was arrested at 11 a.m. Feb. 23 in Cairo and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny of property valuing over $1,000, a class E felony. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Andrew P. Robinson, 25, of Catskill, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. Feb. 23 in Catskill and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drugs with intent to sell and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drugs, both class B felonies. He was held.

n Michael C. Walsh, 50, of East Windham, was arrested at 11:05 p.m. Feb. 23 in Windham and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; failing to stop at a stop sign and refusing to take a breath test, both infractions. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Chester A. Markowitz, 72, of Monroe, New Jersey, was arrested at 9:01 p.m. Feb. 24 in Coxsackie and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Shawn P. Keeffe, 35, of Highland, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. Feb. 24 in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Xavier F. Mawyin, 25, of Saugerties, was arrested at 2:53 a.m. Feb. 25 in Coeymans and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was released to a third party.

n Victoria L. Anatriello, 27, of Westerlo, was arrested at 10:48 a.m. Feb. 25 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; and leaving the scene of a property damage accident, an infraction. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Michael R. Gatling, 46, of Staten Island, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 25 in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree introduction of dangerous contraband into prison, two counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, both class D felonies; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was held.

n Virgen Ruiz, 59, of Staten Island, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 25 in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree introduction of dangerous contraband into prison, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, both class D felonies; and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was held. n Katherine J. Hayes, 42, of Staten Island, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 25 in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree introduction of dangerous contraband into prison and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, both class D felonies. She was held.

n Crystal L. Addabbo, 34, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 12:56 a.m. Feb. 11 in Catskill and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause serious injury, a class A misdemeanor. She was arraigned and remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $200 bail or $2,500 bond.

n Trevor T. Koschitzki, 22, of Catskill, was arrested at 5:42 p.m. Feb. 11 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He had a court date set for Thursday at 4 p.m.

n Robert P. McCarthy, 72, of Catskill, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. Feb. 13 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief with intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for March 8 at 9 a.m.

n Christopher B. LeClair, 21, of Voorheesville, was arrested at 3:38 p.m. Feb. 15 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He had a court date set for Feb. 22 at 9 a.m.

n Joshua M. Clayborne, 29, of Newburgh, was arrested at 6:38 p.m. Feb. 15 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny with the value of property exceeding $1,000, a class E felony. He was arraigned and remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.

n Joshua M. Clayborne, 29, of Newburgh, was arrested at 7:36 p.m. Feb. 15 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny with the value of property exceeding $1,000, a class E felony. He has not been arraigned on this charge.

n Terrell N. Scott, 20, of New Windsor, was arrested at 10:44 p.m. Feb. 15 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny with the value of property exceeding $1,000, a class E felony; and petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.

n Susan L. Lamont, 42, of Catskill, was arrested at 3:14 p.m. Feb. 19 in Catskill and charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, both class A misdemeanors. She was arraigned and remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $200 cash bail or $2,500 bond.

n Stephen T. Littell, 22, of Catskill, was arrested at 6:26 p.m. Feb. 19 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for March 8 at 9 a.m.

n George J. Brightly Jr., 48, of Ancram, was arrested at 2:08 p.m. Feb. 23 in Catskill and charged with first-degree rape: engaging in sexual intercourse with someone who is incapable of consent by reason of being physically helpless, a class B felony. He was arraigned and remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail or $50,000 bond.

n Raymond A. Benjamin, 49, of Catskill, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. Feb. 24 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He had a court date set for Thursday at 9:30 a.m.

n Angela Collette, 44, of Hillsdale, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. Feb. 24 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for March 8 at 9 a.m.

n Keojhi T. Branch, 23, of Catskill, was arrested at 1 p.m. Feb. 25 in Catskill and charged with two counts of petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He had a court date set for Thursday at 9:30 a.m.

n Harriet A. Donahue, 75, of Cairo, was arrested at 2:16 p.m. Feb. 25 in Catskill and charged with third-degree burglary: illegal entry with intent to cause a crime inside, a class D felony; and petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Loreen E. Goldstock, 50, of the Bronx, was arrested at 3:33 p.m. Feb. 25 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She has a court date set for March 8 at 9 a.m.
