STATE POLICEn George J. Brightly, 48, of Ancram, was arrested at 12:49 p.m. March 23 in Ancram and charged with first-degree rape, a class B felony. He was held in lieu of cash bail.
n Kim A. Banks, 51, of Hudson, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. March 24 in Claverack and charged with second-degree burglary of a dwelling, a class C felony. She was released on her own recognizance.
n Donald R. Daries, 42, of Hillsdale, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. March 24 in Hyde Park and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Changbae Son, 23, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 3:30 a.m. March 25 in New Lebanon and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Anthony J. Daddario, 27, of the Bronx, was arrested at 2:20 p.m. March 25 in Ghent and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana over 2 oz., a class A misdemeanor; and a speed violation of exceeding 55 miles per hour, an infraction. He was held.
n Bryan A. Graham, 20, of Greenport, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. March 26 in Hudson and charged with sexual misconduct, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Faiz I. Kapadwala, 22, of Valley Steam, was arrested at 1:04 a.m. March 27 in Kinderhook and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana over 2 oz., a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n A 17-year-old boy, of Yonkers, was arrested at 3:06 p.m. March 27 in Livingston and charged with assault while confined in a correctional facility, a class D felony. He was held.
n Jeremiah J. Simpson, 39, of Cairo, was arrested at 7:45 p.m. March 27 in Claverack and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n A 17-year-old boy, of Ancram, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. March 28 in Livingston and charged with three counts of second-degree burglary, a class C felony. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
n Tina M. Stanley, 22, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. March 28 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and controlled substances in a non-original container, a violation. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.
COLUMBIA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICEn Jason Nichols, 34, of Kinderhook, was arrested at 9:23 p.m. March 16 in Philmont and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, both class A misdemeanors. He was remanded to the Columbia County Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 bond and had a court date set for March 22 at 6 p.m.
n Robert Hoch, 49, of Hudson was arrested at 9:44 p.m. March 16 in Greenport and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was released on his own recognizance and had a court date set for March 26 at 4 p.m.
n William Hines, 47 of Kinderhook, was arrested at 6:37 p.m. March 18 in Philmont and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for April 26 at 6 p.m.
n Daniel Johnson, 26, of Stockport, was arrested at 8:43 p.m. March 19 in Kinderhook and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal impersonation, both class A misdemeanors. He had a court date set for April 3 at 6 p.m.
n Johnson was taken into custody on two active bench warrants in Hudson and was held in the Columbia County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail. He had a court date set for March 21 at 8:30 a.m.
n Kyle Coon, 23, of Milan, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. March 20 in Livingston and charged with third-degree assault, endangering the welfare of a child under 17 and fourth-degree criminal mischief, all Class A misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance and has a court date set for April 19 at 6 p.m.
n Carrie Marcucci, 42 of Ghent, was arrested at 7:42 p.m. March 22 in Ghent and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony; and petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She has a court date set for April 16 at 5 p.m.
n Toshua Mazal, 35, of Philmont, was arrested at 8:54 p.m. March 23 in Greenport and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, second-degree criminal impersonation and possession of a hypodermic instrument, all class A misdemeanors. Mazal was held at the Columbia County Jail in lieu of $300 cash bail or $600 bond. She had a court date set for March 26 at 3:30 p.m.
n Thomas Golden, 34, of Hillsdale, was arrested at 5:59 p.m. March 24 in Hillsdale and charged with third-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class E felony; aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; and driving without a license, a traffic infraction. Golden was arraigned and released after paying a $500 cash bail. He has a court date set for April 18 at 5:00 p.m.
n Paul Kozlowski III, 28, of Elizaville, was arrested at 9:17 p.m. March 25 in Greenport and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction, a class D felony; aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, a traffic infraction. He was held in the Columbia County Jail in lieu of $300 cash bail or $1,000 bond. He had a court date set for March 29 at 9:00 a.m.
n Scott Kraft, 55, of Hillsdale, was arrested at 11:35 a.m. March 28 in Copake and charged with failing to report child abuse and endangering the welfare of a child, both class A misdemeanors. He has a court date set for April 23 at 5:00 p.m.
n Tyrique Robinson, 18, of Philmont, was arrested at 1:23 p.m. March 28 in Copake and was charged with sexual misconduct and forcible touching, both class A misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance and has a court date set for April 23 at 3 p.m.
