n Francis J. Keenan, 65, of Durham, was arrested at 10:41 p.m. May 25 in Greenville and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor; and failing to use a designated lane, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Christy M. Canelli, 30, of Catskill, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. May 30 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Paul Deamer, 20, of Athens, was arrested at 4:37 a.m. May 31 in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Richard C. Mandigo, 67, of Albany, was arrested at 4:42 p.m. May 31 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Elvyn M. Colon, 33, of the Bronx, was arrested at 5:28 p.m. May 31 in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree criminal possession of marijuana with 10 pounds, a class C felony. He was held in lieu of $10,000 cash bail.

n Jawon J. Dicarlo, 38, of Schenectady, was arrested at 5:28 p.m. May 31 in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree criminal possession of marijuana with 10 pounds, a class C felony; and violating probation, a class E felony. He was held in lieu of $20,000 cash bail.

n Jerome J. Freligh, 40, of Catskill, was arrested at 11:16 p.m. June 1 in Catskill and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher with a prior conviction, driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, all class E felonies; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. Freligh’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Brenton O. Bramble, 23, of Hudson, was arrested at 1:24 a.m. June 3 in Ulster and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and stopping, standing or parking on a highway, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Amy E. Schaut, 36, of New York, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. June 3 in Greenville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n James A. Borey-Gagnon, 28, of Saugerties, was arrested at 1:46 a.m. June 3 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n William E. Casivant, 20, of Cairo, was arrested at 4:20 a.m. June 3 in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jeyson A. Perez Cruz, 22, of South Cairo, was arrested at 5:17 a.m. June 3 in Catskill and charged with two counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a class D felony; operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was held.

n Katlyn M. Dealy, 29, of Troy, was arrested at 10:20 a.m. June 3 in Catskill and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within in 10 years, driving while ability impaired with drugs and a prior conviction within 10 years, all class E felonies; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was held.

n Michael S. Holm, 31, of Athens, was arrested at 5:38 p.m. June 4 in Athens and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Joseph S. Tritto, 31, of Cairo, was arrested at 9:10 p.m. June 4 in Cairo and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n A 17-year-old man, of Athens, was arrested at 6:37 p.m. June 5 in Coxsackie and charged with assault: recklessly causing physical injury and sexual misconduct, both class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Richard P. Chase, 61, of Schenectady, was arrested at 2:58 p.m. June 1 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher with a prior conviction, driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, all class E felonies; and disobeying judiciary law 753A-2, a class A misdemeanor. He was held without bail.

n Adrian J. Quince, 53, of Catskill, was arrested at 4:19 p.m. June 1 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a firearm or knife, a class A misdemeanor. He had a court date set for June 3 at 2 p.m.
