STATE POLICE

Jeffrey N. Blake, 25, of Greenport, was arrested at 5:57 p.m. April 3 in Livingston and charged with acting in a manner to injure a child, a class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket.

Dakota R. Sandagato, 24, of Craryville, was arrested at 6 p.m. April 3 in Livingston and charged with acting in a manner to injure a child, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.

Alanna McNally, 21, of Stony Brook, was arrested at 3:52 p.m. April 3 in Claverack and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.

Jonathan P. Perez, 20, of Catskill, was arrested at 10:57 a.m. April 4 in Clermont and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

George Woodiwiss, 29, of Levittown, was arrested at 5:01 p.m. April 4 in Claverack and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

Patrick M. Lupoli, 24, of Elizaville, was arrested at 5:53 p.m. April 4 in Livingston and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood

alcohol content greater than 0.08 and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
