n Shawn M. Szepessu, 34, of Stuyvesant, was arrested at 4 a.m. Sept. 4 in Red Hook and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Seth A. Geel, 27, of Rennselaerville, was arrested at 7:24 p.m. Sept. 6 in Canaan and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Raymond Madison, 36, of Philmont, was arrested at 1:28 a.m. Sept. 8 in Philmont and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Kira M. Degray, 23, of North Ferrisburg, Vermont, was arrested at 3:25 p.m. Sept. 7 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n John P. Cartularo, 40, of Taghkanic, was arrested at 12:17 p.m. Sept. 8 in Livingston and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Nazaire Paul, 28, of South Ozone Park, was arrested at 4:25 p.m. Sept. 8 in Taghkanic and charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Stacy Long, 38, of Stuyvesant, was arrested at 8:37 p.m. Sept. 8 in Stockport and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI, both unclassified misdemeanors; leaving the scene of an injury accident, a class A misdemeanor; following too closely and refusing to take a breathalyzer, both infractions. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Akm S. Alam, 43, of Hudson, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. Sept. 9 in Cairo and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and six counts of possession of a false instrument, all class E felonies. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Robert L. Smith, 32, of Tarrytown, was arrested at 5:05 p.m. Sept. 9 in Claverack and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Kayla E. Grimes, 23, of Highland, was arrested at 11:16 p.m. Sept. 9 in Greenport and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors, and speeding, an infraction. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Joshua R. Johnston, 27, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. Sept. 9 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; first-degree unlawful possession of marijuana and second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, both violations. He was issued an appearance ticket.
