n Joaquim Vicente Gomes, 42, of Pawtaucket, Rhode Island, was arrested at 11:05 p.m. Oct. 28 in Canaan and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

n Kristin J. Hoffman, 27, of Wallkill, was arrested at 1 p.m. Oct. 28 in Ancram and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle, a class A misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance.

n Kendall N. Sceviour, 27, of Quincy, Massachusetts, was arrested at 10:54 p.m. Oct. 28 in Canaan and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor; driving to the left of the pavement markings, moving from a lane unsafely, violating right of way, using her turn signal less than 100 feet before a turn, refusing to take a breathalyzer, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle and not wearing a seat belt, all infractions. Her arrestee status is unknown.

n Gregory C. Tomko, 38, of Kinderhook, was arrested at 5:24 p.m. Oct. 30 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n An 18-year-old female of Lagrangeville was arrested at 10:19 a.m. Oct. 31 in Ghent and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; and speeding, an infraction. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Percy S. Cobbins, 40, of Hudson, was arrested at 3:16 p.m. Oct. 31 in Claverack and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony. His arrestee status is unknown.

n Holly F. Broga, 29, of New Lebanon, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. Oct. 31 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana and having a controlled substance in a non-original container, both violations. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Steven J. Chamberlain, 32, of New Lebanon, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. Oct. 31 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Laura B. Clark, 54, of Austerlitz, was arrested at 7:51 p.m. Oct. 31 in Canaan and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI, both unclassified misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Mistelle A. Lanphear, 30, of Chatham, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. Oct. 31 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.
