n Robert T. Bruno, 58, of Saugerties, was arrested at 3:01 p.m. Dec. 9 in Hunter and charged with first-degree rape and first-degree course of sexual conduct with a child, both class B felonies. He was held.

n Joseph M. Farley, 37, of Hunter, was arrested at 9:51 p.m. Dec. 9 in Jewett and charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was released to a third party.

n Guy C. Ziliani, 73, of Palenville, was arrested at 8:23 p.m. Dec. 9 in Catskill and charged with obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest, both class A misdemeanors, and driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Asa S. Bordies, 22, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. Dec. 10 in Cairo and charged with first-degree prison contraband and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both class D felonies. He was held.

n Amy L. Fix, 36, of Catskill, was arrested at 1:43 a.m. Dec. 11 in Germantown and charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor; and crossing road hazard markings, driving to the left of pavement markings, not having adequate lights and not having adequate mirrors, all infractions. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Francis J. Agustin Espinoza, 36, of Kingston, was arrested at 4:48 p.m. Dec. 11 in Catskill and charged with operating with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Joshua D. Bernesser, 35, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 9:38 a.m. Dec. 11 in Coxsackie and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, a class A misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Kenneth L. Douglas, 38, of Elizaville, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. Dec. 12 in Athens and charged with second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a class D felony; and having a false inspection certificate and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both unclassified misdemeanors. His arrestee status is unknown.

n Shane T. Pixler, 43, of Pueblo, Colorado, was arrested at 1:29 a.m. Dec. 13 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Joseph J. Mazal, 36, of Greenville, was arrested at 2:36 p.m. Dec. 12 in Cairo and charged with third-degree bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.
