n Shannon T. Higgins, 52, of Catskill, was arrested at 11:57 a.m. Dec. 23 in Hudson and charged with second-degree grand larceny, a class C felony. She was held.

n Clayton M. Allen, 20, of Ravena, was arrested at 4:15 a.m. Dec. 6 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

n Joseph T. Clancy, 31, of Ravena, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. Dec. 23 in New Baltimore and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Tanita D. Monk, 27, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 4:28 a.m. Dec. 25 in Brooklyn and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. She was held.

n Catherine A. Hulsen, 49, of Catskill, was arrested at 7:43 p.m. Dec. 26 in Catskill and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony. She was released on her own recognizance.

n Laura M. Backlund, 34, of Hudson, was arrested at 7:41 p.m. Dec. 26 in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08%, an unclassified misdemeanor; driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction, a class E felony; and failure to stop at a stop sign, an infraction. She was issued an appearance ticket.
