n Chiragkumar M. Patel, 30, of Hudson, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. Feb. 2 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n James J. Farrell, 24, of East Nassau, was arrested at 12:31 a.m. Feb. 1 in New Lebanon and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Silvia Kelley, 39, of Ghent, was arrested at 3:40 a.m. Feb. 3 in Ghent and charged with criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Sherman R. Banker, 38, of Brainard, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. Feb. 2 in New Lebanon and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Lyle G. Huges, 30, of Hudson, was arrested at 3:08 a.m. Feb. 3 in Kinderhook and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08%, driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, all unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Jett M. Rower, 30, of Kinderhook, was arrested at 3:35 a.m. Feb. 3 in Kinderhook and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.
