CLARIFICATION: In the Greene County police blotter published in The Daily Mail on Feb. 6, 2020, police submitted an incorrect blotter item. Patricia C. Davenport, 58, of Coxsackie, was not arrested or charged.

n James F. Conarpe, 47, of Earlton, was arrested at 5:25 p.m. Feb. 4 in Athens and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Gerald St. Denis, 54, of Cairo, was arrested at 10:19 a.m. Feb. 4 in Cairo and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Lyle D. Colaruotolo, 34, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 5:49 p.m. Feb. 5 in Coxsackie and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Jamie L. Conarpe, 37, of East Durham, was arrested at 12:02 p.m. Feb. 6 in Cairo and charged with unlawful publication of an intimate image, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Franklin S. Tiernan, 29, of South Cairo, was arrested at 2:58 a.m. Feb. 7 in Cairo and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree unlawful imprisonment, both class A misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Brittany Bliven, 28, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. Feb. 8 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Noelle C. Daprile-Cordier, 29, of Kingston, was arrested in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI, both unclassified misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n Darguin S. Soto-Manuel, 29, of Jersey City, New Jersey, was arrested at 1:51 a.m. Feb. 9 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Angel Terrell-Gary, 19, of Albany, was arrested at 10 a.m. Feb. 8 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introduction of contraband in prison and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket,

n Davall Croskey, 32, of Greenville, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. Feb. 8 in Greenville and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Anthony J. Rende, 30, of Cairo, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 6 in Cairo and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Tahrmee A. Bessey, 47, of Cairo, was arrested at 1:40 p.m. Feb. 3 in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs/alcohol, both unclassified misdemeanors, and leaving the scene of a property damage accident, an infraction. Bessey was issued an appearance ticket.

n Shonte B. Walker, 28, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 8 p.m. Feb. 4 in Coxsackie and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. Walker was issued an appearance ticket.

n Robert T. Story, 25, of Cairo, was arrested at 11:05 a.m. Jan. 27 in Cairo and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, and not wearing a seat belt, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Jessica L. Lopez, 36, of Catskill, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. Feb. 2 in Catskill and charged with duplicate application for bail, a class A misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance.

n Amanda R. Madden, 30, of Earlton, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. Jan. 29 in Catskill and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; operating a motor vehicle without insurance and an equipment violation, both infractions. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n James L. Dickerson, 40, of Prattsville, was arrested at 4:19 p.m. Jan. 31 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both unclassified misdemeanors, and operating an uninspected vehicle, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket.
